What is the FIF Mentorship Program?

The FIF Mentorship Program is a year-long program in which female students in FIF branches who are interested in pursuing a career in finance are paired with industry experts. At the start of each academic semester, mentees and mentors will be introduced to each other over a zoom orientation session, where we will outline expectations and mentorship goals. Over the semester, mentors and mentees will develop deep and meaningful relationships, communicating and meeting at least once a month.

As a mentor, some responsibilities include providing guidance and shadowing opportunities, as well as being available to answer any questions that your mentee may have.
