Natalie Chen

Co-president, Programs Director

Natalie is a student at Oberlin College and has been with Females in Finance since its founding in 2019. As the co-president and programs director, Natalie oversees the programs, finance curriculum, and management of Females in Finance.

“I grew up in an environment where I always have some interactions with finance. But, when I tried to reach out for more opportunities to expand my knowledge, I did not feel as welcoming as I thought, largely due to gender disparities. I hope that Females in Finance can provide a safe space for young girls to explore their interests in finance and business!”

Vivian Lee

Co-president, Director of Outreach

Vivian is a student at Wellesley College and has been with Females in Finance since its founding in 2019. She is the Co-president and Director of Outreach. Vivian spearheads the organization's outreach efforts, oversees communications and projects, recruits and empowers girls to start FIF branches, and manages the network of FIF community members.

"I've always been passionate about gender equality and helping others find a voice. I joined Females in Finance to engage with new communities, provide resources and opportunities to others, and to bridge the inequality gap when it comes to financial literacy."

Genevive Chang

Mentorship Co-Director

Genevive is a senior at Hunter College High School and has been a part of the Females in Finance management team since Feburary 2021. As the Mentorship Co-Director, she connects and facilitates communication between female finance professionals and girls in the FIF community.

"I joined Females in Finance because I strongly believe that understanding finance and having financial literacy is one of the best ways to help yourself and other people! Considering the lack of representation women have in the financial sector, I wanted to help connect ambitious high school students to passionate mentors to get their proverbial foots in the door. "

Shuba Rajagopal

Mentorship Co-Director

Genevive is a senior at Hunter College High School and has been a part of the Females in Finance management team since Feburary 2021. As the Mentorship Co-Director, she connects and facilitates communication between female finance professionals and girls in the FIF community.

"I joined the FIF management team in February 2021 as the co-director of the mentorship program! I originally joined Females in Finance with my best friend Genevive because I wanted to grow out of my fear of finance and teach both myself and other non-men to be financially literate. Leading the mentorship team along with Genevive is such an honor, because it means I get to connect young non-men to people who can help them thrive. Finance is still a carry male-dominated field, but it means so much to me that I can contribute to the success of the next generation entering!"
