Females in Finance- Rosemary Jiang

Rosemary Jiang

Rosemary is the founder, executive director, and team leader of Females in Finance. She is a senior at Fieldston and is passionate about finance. She volunteers as a tutor, lives a work hard play (cello) hard type of lifestyle, and is a Mahjong enthusiast.

"Seeing the disparity of women in finance was always very puzzling and concerning for me. I knew that it was simply wrong to say that women took little interest in this industry. Instead I came to the conclusion that women are discouraged to pursue this traditionally male-dominated field, and so I made it my mission to change this."

Females in Finance - Olivia Pollack - Vice President

Olivia Pollack

Olivia is the managing director and a founding member of Females in Finance. She is a senior at Fieldston and loves Model UN, math, and Netflix. She also plays three sports: soccer, squash, and softball. Now she is taking her expertise to the world of finance and is keeping her team informed about emerging markets.

“Financial literacy is perhaps one of the most important skills you can learn in life that they do not teach you at Fieldston. This is why I jumped at the opportunity to join Females in Finance. It has been amazing to be able to learn about the stock market while being surrounded by three of my closest friends”

Natalie Chen

Natalie is the program director and a founding member of Females in Finance. She is a junior at Fieldston. She devotes much of her time in the visual arts, but has had an interest in finance since a young age. She also likes reading comics and eating food.

“I grew up in an environment where I always have some interactions with finance, but when I tried to reach out for more opportunities at Fieldston, it did not feel as welcoming as I thought it would be, which is why I am very glad that Rosemary reached out to me about Females in Finance.”

Females in Finance- Vivian Lee

Vivian Lee

Vivian is the outreach director and a founding member of Females in Finance. She uses her networking skills to recruit and interview FIF branch leaders. She is a junior at Fieldston. She has a passion for biology and loves to play violin and lacrosse. She also likes to pet her cats.

“Financial literacy is an essential skill that helps you to have a better understanding of the changing world around you. I'm grateful to have the opportunity to learn with such a supportive team and to be in a position where I can help others do the same.”
